Crab and Sweetcorn Soup

Ingredients

bullet 8oz/250g Crab meat
bullet small tin of Sweetcorn
bullet 12fl oz/375ml water
bullet 2 tsp light soy sauce
bullet 3 tbsp sesame oil
bullet 2 eggs
bullet fresh coriander or chopped spring onions

How to Cook

  1. Beat egg lightly.
  2. Slice Crab meat into small strips.
  3. Heat water in pan gently.
  4. Add sweetcorn than meat.
  5. Leave for few minutes to cook, than add soy sauce than egg
  6. Add coriander or chopped spring onions and sesame oil just before serving.
