Egg Fried Rice


bullet Plain Rice (cooked) 
bullet 3 egg 
bullet 2 tsp light soy sauce
bullet 2 tbsp of oil (preferably vegetable or sunflower)
bullet ½ tsp of salt
bullet ½ tsp of sugar
bullet ¼ tsp of mgs

How to Cook

  1. Beat egg lightly 
  2. Heat oil in wok then add egg.
  3. Before egg is fully cooked add rice.
  4. Stirring quickly preventing rice from sticking.
  5. Add soy sauce and seasonings
  6. Serve only when rice is piping hot.
