bullet 2oz of Shredded Chicken (cut finely for ease of cooking)
bullet 2oz of Prawns (shrimp)
bullet 2oz of cooked ham (optional) 
bullet 2 teaspoon light soy sauce
bullet ½ oz of green peas
bullet 2 eggs
bullet Boiled Rice for 2 servings

How to Cook

  1. Beat egg lightly.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of Oil in wok and stir fry meat, chicken first. when almost cooked, place to one side.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp of Oil in wok and stir fry egg.
  4. Just before egg is fully cooked, add meat and peas to egg.
  5. Stir mixtures and then add rice.
  6. Add ¼ tsp of salt, ¼ tsp of sugar and a pinch of msg.
  7. Adding soy sauce whilst constantly stirring.
  8. Serve immediately when piping hot.
