Chinese Dish with Fried Vegetables

Egg Fried Rice



  • Plain Rice - click here for instructions;
  • 3 medium size eggs
  • 2 tsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp of oil (preferably vegetable or sunflower)
  • ½ tsp of salt


How to cook

  • Beat egg lightly 
  • Heat oil in wok then add egg.
  • Before egg is fully cooked add rice.
  • Stirring quickly preventing rice from sticking.
  • Add soy sauce and seasonings
  • Serve only when rice is piping hot.


Remember safety in the kitchen, never leave heating oil unattended
