Egg Fried Rice
- Plain Rice - click here for instructions;
- 3 medium size eggs
- 2 tsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of oil (preferably vegetable or sunflower)
- ½ tsp of salt
How to cook
- Beat egg lightly
- Heat oil in wok then add egg.
- Before egg is fully cooked add rice.
- Stirring quickly preventing rice from sticking.
- Add soy sauce and seasonings
- Serve only when rice is piping hot.
Remember safety in the kitchen, never leave heating oil unattended
